Age policy

I need to know that you are who you say you are and that you are as old as you say you are! So I need you to bring ID when you come and see me, preferably something with a photograph.  And if you are a parent bringing a child, I need ID for both of you to make sure that you really are the parent. (Sorry but this is an insurance requirement and is for your own protection!)

Ear lobes

Age 7 to 18 with parental consent (requires ID of both child and parent to confirm relationship). Over 18 requires ID

Ear cartilage, navel and nose piercing

Age 13 to 18 with parental consent (requires ID of both child and parent to confirm relationship). Over 18 requires ID

Tongue piercing

Age 18 and upwards (requires ID)

Surface piercing (including nipple)

Age 18 and upwards (requires ID)

Below the waist

Age 18 and upwards (requires ID)
